Maintenance Supervisors
Supervisor responsibilities include cost control, associate supervision, preventive maintenance, pool maintenance, diagnosis, troubleshooting and routine maintenance/repair of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and appliances. Minimum requirements include HVAC certification and the ability to work “on-call” as needed. Qualified candidates must have transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Maintenance Technicians
Maintenance Technician responsibilities include diagnosis, troubleshooting and routine maintenance/repair of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and appliances. Minimum requirements include HVAC certification and the ability to work “on-call” as needed. Qualified candidates must have transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Maintenance Punch/Make-Ready Technicians
The Maintenance Punch/Make Ready Tech’s primary responsibility is to ensure all vacated apartments are restored to “market ready” status. Check lighting, replace/repair windows, hinges, doors, paint, plaster, inspections, etc. Maintaining the physical integrity of the apartment community, including completion of work orders in a timely and professional manner.

Maintenance Assistant/Porter-Groundskeeper

Maintenance Assistant/ Porter - Groundskeeper responsibilities include maintaining the physical integrity of the apartment community by continuous upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its customer appeal. Duties include: cleaning hallways, offices, empty units and picking up grounds, etc.

Leasing Consultant
The candidate must have at least one year of leasing experience, professional appearance, excellent communication skills, strong initiative, customer service and a sales personality. The qualified candidate must also be computer literate.

Assistant Community Manager
Qualified and experienced candidates must have advanced computer literacy, administrative, bookkeeping skills and collections experience. Other skills or experience include leasing, marketing, customer service, high integrity and a strong work ethic.

Community Manager
The qualified and experienced candidate must have a proven track record in leadership, financial planning and budgeting, problem solving skills, advanced computer literacy and ability to train a diverse work force. Other skills or experience include marketing, customer service, high integrity and a strong work ethic.
